Powers: Animation - Ability to bring inanimate objects to life or to free a person from petrification. Kris, by touch or a beam of energy emmitted from her hands can make the objects that don't normally move animated. She can't however, make them talk. Though, in the case of pertrified persons, she can make them speak again because they spoke before they became inanimate. In the case on inanimate objects, Kris has control over them, to an extent, she isn't very advanced in the usage of her powers.
Weaknesses: Sometimes can't control objects she brings to life, they could even turn on her.
History: Krishna grew up in a small town in New Jersey, she had two or three friends, they were all apart of what the local popular kids called "the goths" of their quiet little high school. The goths got picked on frequently, most of them were also "cutters." Krishna was one of them. When she was confronted by a guidance couselor, at the age of 15, about the cuts and scars on her arms which were revealed during gy class where she was forced to wear a tshirt and she couldn't hide the "injuries" beneath long sleeves and arm warmers. The guidance counselor was pressuring her so hard that her ability emergered and the desk tried to eat the counselor. He went nearly crazy and was sent to a mental institution. Kris, on the other hand, ended up at Xavier's.
The reason for Krishna's cutting herself? Simple, her father beat and raped her constantly. Told her it was punishment or her wrong-doing. Her mother was too drunk to notice or care most of the time. Krishna blamed herself and began cutting and even after the cutting got her into worse trouble, she continued.
